Maze Solving Robot

Aim:

The main aim of the project is to make a robot which will move by solving the maze.

Components Required:

Connection and Code Upload:

Step 1: Connect the TeBoT with your device and turn on it.

Step 2: Select the board and port, then upload the code.

Warning: If you face any issue while uploading the code, first “OFF” the TeBoT. Next, turn “ON” the TeBoT. Press the “BOOT” button for a short time then press the “RESET” button once. Then release the “BOOT” button.

You will get a drive. Then upload the code.

Step 3: Now take the servo stand and attach on TeBoT.

Step 4: Now connect the servo motor on the stand.

Step 5: Now connect the ultrasonic sensor stand on servo motor.

Step 6: Now connect the Ultrasonic sensor with TeBoT and place it with the sensor stand.

Ultrasonic Sensors TeBoT
VCC VCC (1st pin from right to left in ultrasonic port)
GND GND (1st pin from left to right in ultrasonic port)
Trig Pin No 15 (2nd pin from right to left in ultrasonic port)
Echo Pin No 14 (2nd pin from left to right in ultrasonic port)

Step 7: Now take the TeBoT connector and connect with TeBoT.

Step 8: Now connect the servo with TeBoT.

  • Red Wire (VCC) of servo with VCC (4th pin from up to down in Bluetooth port) of TeBoT.
  • Brown Wire (GND) of servo with GND (3rd pin from up to down in Bluetooth port) of TeBoT.
  • Orange Wire (Signal) of servo with Pin No 3 in Connector.

Now, Turn on TeBoT. Then press the button (A / D23).

The robot will move continuously. When any obstacles come in front of the sensor, then it checks the left and right side possibilities to see the free area. Then, where it gets the free area, it will turn to that side and move on that side.

Like that it solves the maze.

Conclusion: From this project we got the idea about all components, connection of those components and made Maze Solving Robot.
